Every 3rd Sunday of the month LifePointe ministers at Palm Terrace Nursing Home.
Every 4th Sunday of the month LifePointe ministers at Mattoon Rehabilitation Center.
Every 4th Thursday of the month LifePointe ministers at Douglas Rehabilitation Center.
